On October 12, 2022, at the Museum of Cycladic Art, NWMW AmKe, as part of the Fe26 project, hosted the “Conclusions: An Interdisciplinary Approach to Cultural Heritage” event, a Focus activity dedicated to metal as a material – tool – project. The event included discussions between academics, researchers, artists and creators in order to be able to exchange ideas and share their views, drawing on their experiences and exploring the connections between concepts and disciplines. Emphasis was placed on concepts such as the identity of a place, the use of a material, the adaptation of a tradition over time and determining the influence of locality. The day ended with projections about the traditional marble and blacksmithing of Tinos.
